Kicked In Head & Left In Alley To Bleed Out, She Held On With Every Breath.

Peanut was rushed to a veterinarian after being found in an alley in southern Ohio, bloody from head to toe and suffering from head trauma.

It’s not clear what happened to her, but it’s believed she may have been kicked in the head or thrown from a car. But what they do know is that she was abused and left for dead.

One of her eyes was badly injured, but the vets weren’t even sure she would survive, let alone see again.

Instead of euthanizing her, the vets and volunteers decided to give Peanut a chance. After the veterinary exam, the Stop the Suffering rescue group took her to Columbus, where she was placed in a foster home.

As the days passed, Peanut made tremendous progress.

Looking at her today, you would never know the horrible things she has been through. She looks like any other dog and is considered a true miracle!

Unfortunately, because of the trauma she suffered, she still has some after-effects. Because she suffered a trauma to the right side of her brain, she still turns right and spins around. She also has vision problems and has difficulty sitting still.

But despite all she has suffered at the hands of evil humans, she is still sweet and loves everyone she meets!
