Orphaned Puppy Transforms Into The World’s Happiest Boy

We found Bongo very small and very injured. One of his back legs was “degloved. ” Skin completely missing. There are many other punctures on his body. His body temperature is also very high But raising his body temperature and fighting infection to give him a fighting chance The problem being the puppy was so small, so malnourished.

That is a puppy who is very interested in living! Nasty back leg amputated. Yummy breakfast after said amputation It has taken us several weeks to deal with the infection and get him strong He might have a little ways to go yet… But great progress has been made. He needs at least 2 months to get the wound completely healed.

Look at him now. No more pain! From the moment he came into our care, it’s been a little nerve-racking in the uncertainty of the survivability of this puppy He now does have some soft bone issues with his legs that will heal with good nutrition.

He’s now living a happy life. He has best friends and he gains weight. He will be cared for and loved for the rest of his life. We’re so grateful for the help of everyone for giving him a better life. Without your love, he would have not survived his own way.
